2. Services Provided
Red Star Transportation provides transportation services to individuals and organizations. The specific scope, availability, and pricing of services are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of booking or agreement.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent
4. Booking and Cancellations
- Rides must be booked in advance unless otherwise arranged
- Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe as communicated during the booking process
- Red Star Transportation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, vehicle availability, or safety concerns
5. Payment and Billing
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service agreement
- Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services
- Disputes related to billing should be directed to Info@RedStarTransportation.com within 30 days of the invoice or charge date
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Red Star Transportation related to your bookings, billing, service updates, and reminders. For full details, refer to our SMS Privacy Policy.

7. Conduct and Responsibilities
Users of Red Star Transportation services agree to:
- Treat drivers and staff with respect
- Follow all safety instructions provided by drivers
- Not engage in illegal activity, harassment, or behavior that endangers others during transport
- Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
Red Star Transportation reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for violations of this section.
8. Limitation of Liability
Red Star Transportation will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during transport
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Star Transportation, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
