We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 4 to 8 weeks out for school charters and standard private events, and 3 to 6 months out for peak season dates (graduations, proms, weddings, holidays, and summer travel). That said, we handle last-minute requests whenever our fleet allows, so if your trip is coming up soon, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
It depends on the type of trip. For school charters, we'll send you to a dedicated booking form that walks you through everything we need step by step. For private events, you'll start with our intake form to share the basics of your trip, and then a member of our team will reach out to gather any additional details and help you plan the logistics. Either way, you won't have to guess at what to provide, we'll guide you through it.
Yes. All Red Star drivers hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements. Every driver goes through a thorough background check, DOT-compliant drug and alcohol screening, a motor vehicle record review, and ongoing safety training.
